Running- Cinco de Mayo


Alan ran about 14 miles today around Silverwood Lake. (I wonder which shoes he wore?)
Janie walked and ran for about 2 hours around the National Mall.

The shoes in the middle are my "go to" trail shoes Inov8 Flyroc 310's!The others are for the roads...
